Loes obtained her Master’s degree in Information law at the University of Amsterdam in 2015, specializing in Intellectual Property Law. Her dissertation focused on Trademark Law.

After completing her Master’s degree, Loes joined Arnold & Siedsma at the patent department at the Eindhoven office which allowed her to gain valuable professional knowledge in the area of Intellectual Property Law. She is involved in the international trademark and design practice. Loes successfully completed the professional training of the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law.

By working several years in both a patent practice and a trademark and design practice, Loes has gained valuable experience in working at the interface of patent law and design law. This has proven to be beneficial to clients active in the automotive industry, where she has been involved in providing advice regarding the protection of automobiles and parts thereof.
